TYPES OF PROJECTS

THE TRUE CUSTOM PROJECT : The client comes to us with an idea or inspiration for their home. We work together, keeping in mind that the client's personality should be an integral part of the design. With the client's vision and our experience, we create a custom, one of a kind design.

THE SEMI-CUSTOM PROJECT : Our most popular option, the semi-custom design begins with ideas, photos, or sketches of what the client has in mind. We can make modifications to an existing plan, or combine elements from several, such as a kitchen or bathroom from one, a master suite or a library from another, and a great room or dining room from yet another, to create a new design for your home.

THE STOCK PLAN PROJECT : Stock plans are plans that we have previously designed for other clients. The advantages of the stock plan project are a quick turnaround time (about a week), and a lower cost than the custom and semi-custom projects.
