The first step of every Williams & Williams Designers project is to have an introductory meeting where one of our designers sits down with a new client to fully understand the scope of the project.

Often, clients have started planning and collecting ideas before they engage our services.  We encourage you to bring those ideas, examples, pictures, and even a property survey so we can fully understand what you're trying to accomplish.  If you only have a general idea for your project, we will work with you to explore options that appeal to you.

Once completed, Williams & Williams will offer a design proposal for your project.

After our initial meeting, Williams & Williams will get to work to create the conceptual plan based on the client's input, any constraints that exist, and our expertise.

We incorporate the concepts, ideas, photos, sketches, and other material from our conversations to create a conceptual plan custom designed for you. This will show floor plans, 3-dimensional colored renderings of the exterior and interior of your project.

 At our follow up meeting, we present these conceptual plans.  And, for our out of town clients, conceptual plans can be sent using e-mail, video calls, and regular mail. 

We encourage you to take the conceptual plans home and review them at your own pace. When you return the plans with your alterations marked up, we will then modify them to meet your family’s needs and lifestyle.

Once the design for your project is approved, we move on to creating the construction documents for the project. Our plans are prepared by utilizing the latest version of a highly intelligent building information modeling CAD software to ensure the highest level of technical accuracy.

 When combined with a great builder's standards means and methods, the construction documents create a roadmap to a successfully completed custom designed project.
